Pruning system: Integrated Production Method, with maximum respect for the environment and soil

Average Age of Vines: 12 years

Media Production: 10 hl/ha

Vinification Process: still vats at an average temperature of 25ºC. Long maceration in order to extract maximum color pigments and tannins. 4 months in American heavily toasted oak barrels.
